(TMI) QUESTION ABOUT SOMETHING IN DIAPER

Sorry for the TMI, but my DD is 3 1/2 mo and is on BM. I feed her rice cereal at night only. The other day I tried smashing a banana and gave her a few bites, she didn't like it. Yesterday she had a poopy diaper (she only goes every 2-3 days) and it had black fibers in it. It was weird. It was flat like what the black stuff in a banana looks like when you make banana bread or whatever, but she only had two bites of the banana. Do you think it is from that or something else. My MIL said to watch her for worms???? Where on earth could she get worms from? She stays home with me, and my DS does not have them. :headscratch: Anyone have any opinions on this?

Also keep trying with the bananna, it was probably just the texture and different taste she didnt like :)

Yeah I really studied it and it didn't look like worms to me. I really think it was the banana.

Do any of you make your own baby food, or do you use jar? I used jar with DS, but was thinking of just doing some of my own this time. Any opinions on that?

I did both, jar when it was more convenient, and just wizzed up some potatoe, pumpkin, kumura, whatever i had if it was there.
