Just came back from Morgan's 2 year old check at Plunket, she's really happy with his progress which is good, I am too! He is now 14.18kg (half way between 75th and 97th percentile) and 94.5cm (right on the 97th line)!

1kg heaver than Ash and 5cm taller, I better feed that girl up LOL.
Did you ring plunket to make a booking or did they ring you.
I never heard from them (they don't call me anyway they still call DW and send stuff to her, we have told them over and over) and we had to go to docs about something else, so we did all the checks there.

I called them as we had a new nurse who came and left very quickly and left a huge mess, didn't do the 15 month check, got the Dr's to do it. The new nurse is wonderful! She said that boys seem to do a lot of growing from 15 months to 2 years whereas girls do theirs between 2 and 3 years. She's an older nurse with tons of experience, hope she sticks around
When it's time for the 3 year checks we need to call and book that as well

Bert - I know out where we are the nurse is run off there feet and I think it actualy says in our yearly mail out of details that you should ring if you want the check up.
Having said that when Casey was 2 they put on an extra day to catch up on their two year checks and had two nurses on and had children booked in 15 mins apart for half hour appointmets (15 mins with each nurse)

I got annoyed with them, cause they wouldn't acknowledge that I am the main carer and do all the bookings and running around, and stuff I asked info about they made no attempted to help me with. I missed a few courses because they ring an hour or 2 before it started.

Oh and I should say when he was born he was just about the 75th for weight and halfway between the 75th and 97th for height so he really has just worked with where he started
